- First Option:
Customers can clean it themselves and get reimbursed up to AED 35 as Udrive credit. Customers needs to share the photos before and after the cleaning process.
- Second Option:
Once the trip is ended, Udrive’s operations team will handle the cleaning (Only Dubai Operation Team can process the cleaning between 10 PM to 7 AM). And customers needs to be attended while the team is cleaning the car.
- Third Option:
Customer ends the trip and takes another car if the customer didn’t start the trip yet.
