- Parkonic covers around 253 areas. We don't cover Multi level and underground parking whether RTA or not. RTA P there is 3 numbers before P. P for Parkonic there a banner for paid parking and no numbers mentioned. A specific amount to be paid based on the duration. If it is not paid on time the amount will be moved to Salik and then posted from Udrive. The location where the customer charged is mentioned in the invoice sent to the customer. *PARKIN:


- Primary Coverage: Manages public paid parking zones in Dubai across roadside/plot/multi-storey managed areas city-wide.


  • Example Locations: Roadside zones A-D, multi-store at Mall of the Emirates, Deira, etc.


This clearly distinguishes the two: PARKONIC focuses on specific, managed sites (like resorts and malls) across the UAE, while Parkin manages the wider public paid parking zones (like roadside areas) within Dubai.



* SMART SHARJAH MUNICIPALITY PARKING:


- Parking is supported only in Sharjah Municipality parking.


- Smart Municipality parking is not supported, as it operates differently (wide parking areas, entry and exit gates, QR code scanning, and camera-based plate recognition).

Customers should be advised not to park in Smart Municipality areas, as this may result in additional charges, or penalties or fines.
