- Unused Reservation with ZERO usage refunded fully to the customer on wallet or bank account as he wants whatever the amount is. If there is any usage, the amount will be credited to the wallet only as we don't support PARTIAL REFUND.

- Amount could be processed through two options:
1- As Credit in Udrive Wallet (within 24 business hours)
- Validity for one year
- Used for the upcoming reservations only
- Within 24 business hours
"This amount has been processed in the form of UDrive Credits, which can be used in the upcoming reservations only. It can't be used for Salik/toll gate charged, Fines, and Penalties or Fees. It will be valid for one year from the day of the addition.”
- Udrive credits cannot be refunded or exchanged as cash.
- Udrive credits cannot be transferred to any other account. (unless approved by management).

2- Refund on the Bank Account
- Normally it takes from 5 to 7 business days based on the bank process.
- And 10 business days for the fuel receipts with more than 100 AED.
*** NOTE: Fill the form and send a confirmation email for the customer and keep the tkt
waiting on the accounts team till you receive a response then close the tkt.

- There is no partial refund to the customer bank account, we refund the full amount. Otherwise, the amount will be credited in the Udrive wallet to be used for the upcoming trips only.
- Credit added within 24 hours. 2 hours is if the agent will make the request by themselves and waiting for approval someone should approve the request of the approval not done within 2 hours if not he should escalate the case again.
