• Trips should be ended in designated Udrive parking areas.


  • Customers can park in designated areas within the business zone (within the blue borders ) shown in the app based on each emirate otherwise fines or relocation charges will apply. Even if the customer wants to park in a private paid parking, he can do so, but the customer will pay for the parking himself, as Udrive will not bear the cost. 


  • Ending the trip out of zone, if the customer accept the penalty during the call, take the location from the customer and report the case for the relevant team and relevant group. And confirm the end car location with the customer whether it is free or paid parking area.


Dubai:


  • Regular RTA Parking Zones A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, L, W.

(Any free RTA Parking zone except zones I and J).

Premium RTA Parking Zones : AP, BP, CP, DP, GP, WP. 

or any unlimited free parking areas.


  • RTA multi-level parking buildings are not supported, as they operate with entry and exit gates, camera-based license plate scanning, and a maximum paid duration of 5 hours. Customers should be informed that using these parking facilities may result in penalties or fines, and therefore are not recommended.

Abu Dhabi: 


  • Any Standard Mawaqif parking area that doesn't turn into residential parking after 9PM or not a premium parking. (in colors black &Blue). The premium Mawaqif is not covered by Udrive in colors (Blue and White) and Residential Parking not allowed.

Sharjah & Ajman: 


  • Municipality parking within the operational zone is permitted. 


  • Parking is supported only in Sharjah Municipality parking.

Smart Municipality parking is not supported, as it operates differently (wide parking areas, entry and exit gates, QR code scanning, and camera-based plate recognition).

Customers should be advised not to park in Smart Municipality areas, as this may result in additional charges, or penalties or fines.




  • Always ensure the parking area is uncovered, publicly accessible, and legally allowed for free, unlimited parking.


  • Do not park in private, multilevel, basement, underground, villa parking, valet parking, mall parking, Private free or paid parking or community parking. Any underground, Mall/Gated community parking. Parking in unauthorized areas may result in fines or relocation charges.


  •  Any paid parking it will be the customer responsibility, so he will pay for it, customer can pay for it depending on the duration. 


  • If customer is parking the car in an area not covered by Udrive and another cx reported, we should inform the first cx to change the parking to avoid any relocation penalties as the car is not at correct the location.

  •  Ending the trip outside the business zone within the same emirate leads to a penalty up to 200 AED and outside the emirate 400 AED.

Stop-overs

  • Stop-overs areas should be in permitted areas by Udrive. If cx will stop and then will continue the trip, if this place is a paid parking, cx will pay for this parking in cash if required or depending on the place may receive the parking charges from udrive if we receive it from any area. 



  • Additionally, if you decide to make a stopover in a different emirate without ending the trip, parking fees will not be covered and must be paid by you.
