• Any customer who is reserving the car from the App Version 4.1.23 onwards, is getting 30 minutes as the reservation time. 

We also have the Anti-Abuse Validation checks as follows:

  • 3 times reserved and cancelled the same car: Blocked for 30 minutes from reserving the same car


  • Keeping 60 minutes of total reserved time in the last 90 minutes: Blocked for 30 minutes from reserving any car.

  • Let’s look at some scenarios:

  • I reserve CarID: 123, one time and then cancel. Second time again and then cancel, third time again and then cancel: I am blocked from this car for the next 30 minutes. 


  • Take the same scenario as above and let’s say that I didn’t cancel, but I let the reservation expire, in this case I will be blocked on the third try for any car considering all these tries are within 90 minutes of the period.
