1. UAE Residents

  • Any customer holding a UAE residency visa is considered a resident.



  • Required Documents:

       1- Emirates ID

       2- UAE Driver’s License (valid for at least 6 months)


Note:
If the UAE driver’s license is less than 6 months old, the customer can still register by uploading their home country driver’s license or a license issued from another country as a Secondary Document with at least 1 year of driving experience.


2- GCC Nationals: 

GCC Driving License for at least 6 months + Passport.


 (The Gulf Cooperation Council consists of six Arab: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).


If the driving license is less than six months old, the customer must provide a secondary license with at least one year of driving experience.


- A clear selfie must be provided during app registration.

- If further verification is needed, the customer must send a selfie holding either their GCC driver’s license or passport next to their face.


Passport:

The name must match the registration name.

The passport must be valid.

Customer must be at least 21 years old.


GCC Driver’s License:

Both front and back copies must be submitted.

Only physical images are accepted (no e-copies).

License must be valid and issued more than 6 months ago.

If issued less than 6 months ago, another license valid for over 1 year is required.




3. Tourists

  • Customers on visit visas or visa-on-arrival are considered tourists.


  • Required Documents:

  • Passport copy (front page)

  • Driver’s License (valid for at least 6 months)

  • IDP if needed depending on the listed countries

  • Visa copy (if requested in the app based on nationality)

  • Normally the account takes 4 hours to be approved and the customer upload the needed documents. 


  • We accept digital documents not screenshots using UAE Pass to download documents
