**The trip fee and car rate are charged immediately upon trip start except the Per-Minute Rentals after the end of trip.



In Ajman and Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, cx can use the same car as per minute, hour or even daily except Dubai cars are separate. Dubai cars are not the same., each car is separate. 



Per-Minute Rentals:


Best for short trips, charges applied based on time used. The final amount is calculated at the end of the trip, unless the price cap is reached in which case the daily rate applies. Any per-minute car will turn to a daily rental if used for 4 hours or more and the Price CAP daily limit will be applied. With Max 12 hours in the app the max is 12 hours as there is two types of cars.



Hourly Rentals: 


For several hours of use, typically more cost-effective for medium trips.. No risk of exceeding the per-minute cap. - Hourly plans types: 1, 2, 3, 6 and 12 hours. While cx switching the car needs to the pricing modeling



Daily Rentals: 


Full daily rate applied once the car is unlocked; no per-minute charges afterward and ending the trip early does not result in a refund. The rental automatically extends each day until the customer ends the trip. Options for Daily (1 day), 2, 3, 5 or 7 days


Long-Term Rentals:


Rentals: Best for extended bookings, lower daily rates. Udrive provides weekly, monthly, and customized rental plans for durations of up to 12 months. 

Weekly Packages: Can be booked directly via the Udrive app.

Monthly Packages: Require booking via customer support (call or email) or through the Subscribe Now website.

  • Customer can inquire and book a long-term rental plan by contacting Udrive support through the app, calling 800-837483 , or emailing customerservice@udrive.ae.  
  • Udrive provides weekly, monthly, and customized rental plans for durations of up to 12 months.  
  • long-term rentals come with discounted rates, flexible usage, and priority support for your convenience.  

Users may cancel their monthly rental with the following penalty based on the amount of time left in their rental agreement: 

 

 - 1-3 months: 1 month penalty 

 - 6 months and above: 2 months penalty
 

  • Udrive reserves the right to terminate a rental if the user violates these Terms, fails to make timely payments, or engages in conduct that is detrimental to Udrive or its vehicles. 
  • A late fee of AED 150 will be charged if the invoice is not settled by the due date stated on your bill. 


  • Fuel and Parking are not included in the monthly rental cost. Customers are responsible for refueling the vehicle and covering any parking fees incurred during the rental period.
  • The late fee is a fixed amount of AED 150. However, continued non-payment may result in additional actions, such as account suspension or legal proceedings. 
  • Always escalate the case on the LTR whatsApp group
