Customers can request to deactivate their Udrive account through the app or by contacting customer support. 


1. Option 1: Deactivation via App (Preferred Method)

Customers can delete their Udrive account directly through the app.

- Guide the customer to follow these steps:

Open the Udrive app.

Go to Account Details → Personal Data.

Select “Delete Account” and follow the on-screen instructions.


This is the fastest and most secure method for account deactivation.



2. Option 2: Deactivation via Customer Support


If a customer calls or chats with support requesting deactivation:

Inform them that for security reasons, they must email the request from their registered email address.

The email should be sent to customerservice@udrive.ae.



****Account deactivation may take up to 30 days to complete.


The process ensures the customer has:

No outstanding payments

No unsettled fines or Salik charges

No other pending dues under their account
