How do we know if it’s trip extension, Or Unused and what do we tag them?

 

 *** Unused reservation 


Must be in the beginning of the trip 

The KMs (driven distance) must be 0

The usage time must be less than 30 minutes

The Tag should be based on the issue always, Unless the customer does not want to use the car 


*** Trip extension


The trip must be running and extended to another day 

The customer must give a valid reason why the trip did not extend 

Send the request to the UAE team to do the adjustment

Ticket Tag >> Trip extension   


Trip extension:


1. Check for how long did the customer extended.

2. Ask for the exact reason of extension

3. Raise the request in the ticket and mention the exact reason (Make sure not to promise anything to the customer)


- If the customer exceeded the hourly packages, charge the full day and there will be no adjustment. Make sure to charge the trip fees, All adjustments must be credits.
