If a payment fails, customers can retry their payment manually or request assistance. Please use this option only in case the customer has an issue while using the app and pay the amount and faced an issue then trigger from your side.

Customers can update their payment method and settle pending balances directly via the app.

 

  • Agent Assistance:

If needed, Udrive agents can manually trigger payment through the backend system.
