Parking Fines

Fine dispute
- 1. Get the exact fine source.
- 2. Explain the fine reason properly to the customer.
- 3. If the customer kept on disputing:
- 1. Understand properly what is the customer’s dispute.
- 2. Send it to the Team in UAE for further investigation.
- 3. Inform the customer one of our team member will contact within 24 hours.

Clarification of admin fees:
*** To be able to process and acknowledge the amount to the authority.
- Max. 200 AED depending on the fine amount.
*Amount less than 200 AED admin fee is 50 AED
*Amount more than 200 AED admin fee is 100 AED
*Amount more than 1000 AED admin fee is 150/200 AED

Any fine dispute should be with the authority issued the fine not U-Drive.
Agent Script:
"I will share with you the fine copy collected from the authority and if you have any dispute you can go back to the authority itself to check the fine”.
