• If a customer’s payment fails, advise them to add an alternative card, which should resolve the issue.


  • If the issue persists after adding another card, the customer must be advised to contact their bank for further assistance.


Payment Link Guidelines:
    • Do NOT recommend for payments less than 500 AED.
    • For payments more than 500 AED: Perform failed payment troubleshooting. If unresolved, escalate to the Collections Team.
